According to many project experience shows that the palletizing robot in the actual project site if the layout is reasonable and proper, it can easily achieve the above-mentioned palletizing efficiency or even exceed, if a palletizing robot corresponds to more than two production lines and multiple palletizing stations, then the overall palletizing efficiency will decrease, and the multi-station palletizing will increase because of the robot's travel. Therefore, the single cycle time becomes longer, which causes the overall palletizing efficiency to decline.
Ways to improve palletizing efficiency:
1. The site layout is reasonable to avoid areas that interfere with the operation of the robot and avoid areas that are inaccessible to the robot and lead to restrictions
2. The fixture or suction cup should be properly designed to reduce redundant movements
3. By optimizing the program, remove unnecessary pauses to make the robot run more smoothly
4. Ensure that the maximum conveying efficiency of the assembly line is greater than the grasping efficiency of the robot
5. Set the cache bit, cache the supply of empty pallets and palletizing the products that have been delivered
6. The fixture or sucker is designed to grab more than one at a time, so that more grab and more release, so that the efficiency of the fixture or sucker is maximized
7. The pipeline at the end of the robot flange should be designed to be able to pass through the center hole of the sixth axis to ensure that the rotation Angle of the robot's sixth axis is above or below 180 degrees without breaking the pipeline package, otherwise it has to reduce the robot's running speed and action mode, resulting in slower robot speed.
8. The end user should remove some unnecessary requirements, such as the label facing out, such as the bag mouth facing in, etc., which can greatly improve the palletizing speed
